If you have been notified that you have failed your exam for having a program open (it is possible that programs such as: Anydesk, Teams, Spotify... start when Windows starts, and therefore, run in the background), we recommend that you review the following configuration:
Windows Configuration
Windows Magnifier -> type msconfig -> System Configuration
Windows Start -> Task Manager -> disable everything that is not necessary.
MAC Setting
Mac apple icon-> Force Quit
Select Program -> Force Quit
