If your computer is Windows, follow these steps:
Press the Windows key + R to open a Run dialog box. Next, type’ ms-settings:appsfeatures ’ and press Enter to open the Apps & Features screen of the Settings application.
Within the Apps & Features screen, scroll down to the list of applications and locate Camera.
Click Camera, then choose Advanced Options from the list to open the advanced Camera settings menu.
In the next window, scroll down to the Reset tab and click the Reset button.
Confirm once again by clicking Reset from the pop-up window that just appeared.
Restart the computer and check if the problem has been resolved in the Windows camera application.
